Unfortunately upon entering the room, the smell of damp, earthy, musk filled my nose and the whole room. The bathroom was COVERED with mould. The ceiling was full of it, the walls in the bathroom were covered in it. I was absolutely wrecked from long drive to get to Coffs from Canberra so admittedly, I did not address this issue with management immediately as I just needed a place to stay and sleep. This was very disappointing and I will not be staying with the Ibis again.

地理位置很好，周圍餐飲很方便，在這家賓館附近，我吃到了本次澳洲之行最好吃的早點，叫做dark arts。這家酒店的工作人員很有耐心。房間佈局有些特色，在雙人床上面還有個單人床。適合一家三口一起出行

我們從布里斯本開車過來大概是十點左右到的，我在中途意識到他們辦理check in的時間是20:00前，我在20:03致電前台沒有人接，訂房網站這點做的很好，很快幫我聯繫上了酒店，並且給了我自助入住的辦法。我們到達酒店以後自助信箱裡全部都是帶名字的卡，起碼二三十張，我好不容易找到我們的門卡，刷卡進去發現前台是有服務員在的，這就真的很無語🙄 另外説一下房間，房間很小，很簡陋，沒有桌子，床邊的也沒有，有一個噪音很大的冰箱，衞生間有返味，毛巾沒敢用。房間照明工具衹有兩個，一個是床頭一個堪比照明燈超級亮的大燈，另外一個就是衞生間把門開出來用衞生間鮮明的燈。服務的話是全程沒看到過服務員，check out的時候衹有一個在餐廳的老奶奶，和我説把卡放在前台就行

房間潮濕，有黴味和臭味。牆上流水，地毯骯臟，被褥全部濕漉漉的，跟客服反應，客服還反問“是嗎？”也沒有反饋。從來沒見過這樣的酒店。It's the worst accommodation we ever had, water on the wall, dirty carpet, beddings are all wet, smells badly in the room. When we told the front desk staff the response was: oh, we never heard of it.

這次從雪梨開車自駕到布里斯本中途預訂了個小鎮的快捷酒店，因為到的晚，走的早，本著該省省該花花的原則選主任了快捷酒店，之前出差住國內的宜必思都很乾凈，在網上看到了房間小，設施簡單但都沒有關係，都是我們能夠預想到的，但是房間的床單有血漬、衞生間就像是80年代的招待所、地毯上毛都磨平了，感覺一走一股煙。早餐十幾刀一位，但是就是乾巴巴的麵包和速溶咖啡。關鍵是房價和人民幣900多一晚了是真的不值得。

The hotel needs to be completely refreshed, the room and bathroom aren’t well maintained, it is surprising that Accor Group allow such kind of condition. The water is sinking in bathroom, the fridge is dirty and hopefully the carpet is dark.

Shabby, budget accommodation, with marks on walls and battered look, you get what you pay for. Postiives were that it was ok for sleep, and we had a spare bunk over the double just in case we had an argument. Would only stay here one night if you're at a loose end for accommodation.

宜必思的房間整體偏緊湊，但是乾淨衞生做得非常好。如果衹是路過住宿，我覺得比大部分不知道名字的酒店要好。
